Harish joined India Alternatives in 2016 after completing the India Alternatives summer internship program in 2015. He has since been promoted three times. Harish has played a key role during the lifecycle of Fund I. He has led the investment in Kapture and co-led the investment in Gynoveda and worked on investments in GoApptiv, Brinton and Seclore. Harish has closely monitored all these investments in addition to managing Enamor. He has led notable exits from Seclore and Enamor.
Harish drives the technology initiatives at India Alternatives and is building a proprietary deal management software that leverages data analytics and AI to enhance decision-making and streamline the evaluation of investment opportunities. Harish leads the analyst and intern recruitment at the firm.
Previously, Harish worked at CRISIL for 3 years, gaining expertise in evaluating diverse business models and conducting in-depth financial analysis.
Harish is an MBA (MDI Gurgaon) and completed his Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur.
He shares India Alternatives’ mission of promoting gender diversity and represents India Alternatives in IFC’s India Gender Collaborative initiative.
